Tutorial:
New image 700x700, white background
Open frame Deco2 and add a drop shadow
These are numbers I use: 3:3:46:3)
Chose the paper, I choose Imagen 22
Resize by 60% and position under the frame layer
Select frame layer again and with selection tool select inside the frame (pressing ctrl at se same time)
Select the paper frame again go to Selections, invert and delete
Add the tube and position in the middle. Add Drop shadow.
Now on to elements
I started with Garden deco 2. I position one to the left and then duplicated the element.
Positioned that one just in front to the left so they overlap
Behind that I added deco2c element. I resized by 60% and duplicated and mirror it

Behind that I added flower Flower3 and also duplicated and mirror it
I left the size so it fills the tag
Then I went to behind the frames and added element Cuore1 so it is visible one the side
Duplicate, mirror
Mis optional I always love to add one
