Tutorial:

Open template, press arrow up and D to copy the template.
Close the original.
Make visible white background, easier to work on tag

Select brown circle with magic wand, float defloat
Paste paper p1 invert, delete
Select light green shape (float defloat) and paste paper p5
Invert and delete
Open your tube and position to your liking.

I position more to the left so the words Berry Christmas is visible

Duplicate the tube mirror it and then position under ring recolor
Blend luminance opacity 32%

Duplicate tube one more and position over template on the right side
Blend mode overlay
Erase excess of the tube.

Open element 6 and resize by 80, Position in the middle
Open element 7 and resize by 70, position over element 6

Open element 8 and duplicate

First one resize by 50 and position over element 7
Second one resize by 70 and position to the left
Open element 11 resize by 80 and position to the left
And just behind it put the element 12 (star)

Also open element 19 and position in front of the tube to the left
Duplicate and mirror, position behind the tube.

I also used frame 1.
Resize by 70 and position behind the tube to the right.
Erase the excess of the frame.
